I thought it was a random shooting at someone, turned out to be a stray bullet that pierced someone else, it is surprising that a handgun could generate such power it pierced the guy from 100m away.

I don't understand why people call these episodes fillers, fillers are something that is not related to the story at all, like how they made chopper as a superhero in one piece or charmy in black clover. It is a mystery anime, yes black organization plays an important role but there are other mysteries too. These episodes aren't filler and also fillers aren't part of manga but these episodes are part of manga.

Probably because some of the episodes are not too memorable

The term "filler" on it's own isn't meant as a judgement on the quality or entertainment value of the episode, just that it's released between adaptations of the original work i.e. the manga.

I can enjoy a filler from a series like One Piece as long as the elements of fantasy, action, adventure, and comedy the main story is known for are implemented well, and the same goes for good Conan fillers like this one.

That said, this being a mystery anime/manga as you pointed out, what I see that Aoyama-sensei does most of the time, is decorate mysteries (foreground) with advancements in the main story (background). Recent example:

1011-1012: Elementary school teacher kills con artist fiancé and uses the kids and their teachers as unwitting participants in her trick? Nice. Speaking of Rumi, glimpses of Asaca (we assume) and Haneda Kouji? Extra nice.

That kind of thing.

I would argue some one piece fillers are meh when compared to detective Conan

927-928: The ShinRan kiss, and Masumi feeding hints about the Apotoxin 4869 antidote to Mary, after the serial murder case within the film team.

1003-1005: Serial murder case in Nagano featuring(?) Bourbon, Scotch's ani Morofushi, and Wakita.

Because people are busy watching high action filled anime and nobody has time for a mystery anime, except of course death note. Conan deserves equal respect and attention like other new shows :((

speed, it feels good then, it doesn't even feel like a filler to me :)

pressing the emergency stop would put only more in harms way if there is a sniper who picks targets, might be multiple shooters too. It would be better to notify the police imidiately and evacuate wounded at the next station where emergency services wait. If his wounds are not severe, just an oppinion tho
